You need to be a Portal administrator to send a new activation link. |
If a user has not activated their 2c8 Apps account within 30 days of them receiving their activation email, the link becomes inactive. If this happens, a Portal administrator needs to send out a new activation link to this user.
- Log in to 2c8 Portal with your 2c8 Apps account.
- Go to "Users" in the left panel.
- To the right in the list of your users, you can see which users that has not yet activated their account. Find the user you want to send a new activation link to and click on the "mail"-icon to send them their new link.
