A user has left us, what do I need to do?

If a user has left your organization, you can easily remove this user by navigating to Users by clicking on Users in the left menu. Hold your mouse pointer over the terminated user, a More button will appear. This is a button with three horizontal dots, click on the button and select the Delete User option.

If the user has not left the business but will not use 2c8 Apps for the time being, you can instead choose to remove the user's license to the product, which means that the user can no longer use the product but remains in the portal. This can be a good option if the user will start using 2c8 Apps again in the future. To remove a license from a user, navigate to Applications. Hold your mouse pointer over the user you want to remove the license from, a More button will appear. This is a button with three horizontal dots, click on the button and select the Remove from Application option. You will be presented with two options, if you want to assign the license to another user or if you want to terminate the license.
