As a portal administrator, you can see a list of all 2c8 accounts in your organization and organize/structure users using "Labels". This list on portal.2c8.com, click on "Users" in the left panel and a list will appear with all users.
You can sort the users by putting a label on them, for example everyone who works in the Finance department gets the label "Finance".
Note that Labels can only be used for the user list in the portal.
To create labels and add it on users, follow this steps:
- Open the user list in the portal and click the three dots on the far right of a user. Select Labels.
- Then enter the name of the label you want. If the label has already been added, it will appear as an option.
Once you have added labels to the users, you can add the column to the list. You do this by clicking Show/Hide and checking "Labels".
You can also filter the list of labels you have created and placed on users by clicking:
Filter-->Labels-->Clicking on "Labels" that appears on the right and clicking on the label you want to sort the list by.
