In a relationship model, the relationship between one or more stakeholders is described. In addition to the demands and counter-claims that two parties have, it is also possible to describe which objects are sent between the stakeholders.
The relationship model visualizes our relationship with the stakeholders
It can be orders, payments and complaints from the customer and delivered products and services, documentation and invoices to the customer. Objects from stakeholders are inputs to our processes and objects to stakeholders are results created by our processes.
Relationship models are a direct consequence of the Stakeholder Model and since there are several stakeholders, we get a sorting of all the requirements placed on the business or a project in this way. You can also track which stakeholder makes an individual demand.
In the relationship model, you can also identify which requirements are so prioritized that you link goals and indicators to them and show how to follow up on the goal.
You can read more about the different object types available in 2c8 Apps in this FAQ: Which object should I use in which context?
