An organizational model is used to describe the geographic distribution of responsibilities within an organization. This responsibility lies with individuals and roles within the business. The organizational affiliation is thus evident from the organizational model, where responsibility for the supply of skills is also evident.

The organizational model describes the line organization and meeting structures. Active positions are linked to each unit, which in turn can consist of roles. Here we staff positions and roles with individuals.
The organizational model is also used to describe which forums and meetings the business has and which relationships they have with each other.
