With the help of lists, you can get more than just visual models in your repository. Through meta-data in the form of fields, object types, relationships, etc., you can filter out lists of content in your repository. Some examples of lists can be:
- All documents belonging to processes within a certain administration.
- All roles that are primarily responsible for certain processes.
- All activities where personal data is processed.
- All models that break down from a certain object in your starting model.
- All requirements in your repository with associated description texts.
The possibilities with lists are thus very large.
You can display lists in your publication, in the menu and in the left panel. Here you can read more about How do I display lists in my publication?
