To create a new list, click on ‘Lists’ in the left panel and then on the plus.
Use the filtering to filter out the result you want to see in your list. In the example below, we have filtered out all ‘Objects’ of ‘Object type: Role’, which gives us a list of all roles in our repository:
You can continue filtering until you get the result you want by clicking on ‘New filter’, for example by showing all ‘Objects’ of ‘Object type: Role’ that are ‘In selected models’. You will then get a list of all roles in the models you selected in the filtering. If you want to make more advanced lists with more precise results, it is a great advantage to use fields for objects and models in your repository. You can then filter results based on field values you set on objects.
