If your publication looks strange, if it hasn't been updated, or if you get an error message when you try to view the publication, this is usually due to the browser's cache memory.
Browsers store files in order for websites to load faster the next time you visit them. When republishing your material, these stored files can cause problems. Try opening the publication in a different browser to identify if the browser cache is the cause of the problem.
Solution: clear the cache in your browser. In most browsers, you clear the cache memory by going into the browser's settings and then going to "History".
