Visitor statistics with Google Analytics in 2c8 published material

In the web profile, there is a possibility to add custom HTML that will be included when publishing. If you paste a Google Analytics tag you will be able to get statistics on how many people visits the published material. For this, you need a Google Analytics account. 

You will not be able to get statistics on specific models but only on how many people that visits the published material as a whole.

Go to "Tools" - "Publish" and edit your web profile. Edit "Advanced settings".

Select the tab "Custom HTML" and paste the code you find here: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gtagjs

Replace GA_TRACKING_ID with the ID of the Google Analytics property to which you want to send data.
