Sometimes our support needs the log file from the Launcher to troubleshoot an issue. The Launcher is the software that downloads the latest version of 2c8 Modeling Tool or 2c8 Lite when you start the applications. You can find the log file for the Launcher in the following way:
Open your Windows explorer (the yellow folder on your computer). Go to C:\Users\*your user*\AppData\Local\2conciliate\Launcher. Here you can find a file called "launcher.log". Attach this file in an email to our support.
If you cannot find the folder "AppData" you need to check the box "Hidden items" under the tab "View" in your Windows explorer.
