A draft in 2c8 Lite means that it's a new model that does not yet belong to a repository. The model does only exist in 2c8 Lite and it needs to be sent to a user with 2c8 Modeling Tool to be placed in a repository.
Log into a server in 2c8 Lite and create a draft by clicking "Create new model" in the dashboard.
A new model is created and you can now start to model in your draft. When you are done, click the button for maintenance flow in the toolbar and send it in.
The model will now be sent to a 2c8 Modeling Tool user that has the permission "Accept drafts" on the server in 2c8 Portal. Portal administrators need to set the permission on all users that should be able to add the drafts to repositories.
The model shows up in the dashboard of the 2c8 Modeling Tool user in the box "New models in 2c8 Lite". The 2c8 Modeling Tool user double clicks the model and gets to decide what repository to place the model in, or to reject the draft.
