If you have purchased approve licenses and want to add people as reviewers and approvers, you need to add users to the portal, assign approve licenses, add users to the server, open 2c8 apps and give access to the repository and then add the user as reviewers or approvers to the models.
To be able to do this, you must be a portal administrator as well as a server administrator on the server where the repository and models are located.
ATTENTION! All of these steps are interdependent and must be done in the order listed. If you have a problem with any of the steps, go back and check that you have done the step before.
1. Add users to the portal and assign approve license

2. Adding users to the server
- Once you have created the user, the next step is to add the user to the server. You do this by clicking on "Servers" in the left panel.
- Click on the server and you will get a list of users who are already on the server.
- Click "Add user" and you can enter the user's name in the box that appears. Just type a few letters and matching users will appear.
3. Grant access to the repository
- Open the 2c8 apps and go to the tab you are working towards.
- When you see the repositories listed, click on "Users and Rights" in the left panel.
- Develop "Repositories"
- Develop the repository on which the models are located
- Click on "Access"
- Click "Give access to repository".
- Check in the user you want to include as a reviewer or approver on the server.
