1. Administation in the portal
1.1 Support in the web portal
More support beyond this document's brief overview is available on our website, both a Getting Started guide with videos and an FAQ for the 2c8 portal.
1.2 Log in to the 2c8 portal
Log in to the 2c8 portal in your browser using your 2c8 Apps account.
1.3 Users
Here you will find a list of all your users, what type of user they are ("Normal"
or "Portal Administrator") and which applications the users have

access to. If the user has not activated their 2c8 Apps account,
a new invitation can be sent to the user's email address by
clicking on "Send new invitation".
By clicking on a user, details such as name, email and phone number can be changed.
A new user can be created by clicking on "Create user".
A user (with an activated 2c8 Apps account) from another organization (or from 2c8) can be invited by clicking "Invite external user". This can be used, for example, to give external users access to your server.
1.4 Groups
Under "Groups" groups can be created and by clicking on created groups users can be added to the groups. A group can then in turn be added to a server which gives all users in the group access to the server.
1.5 Applications
This shows the applications in the 2c8 Apps suite that you have access to. The numbers in the upper right corner indicate how many licenses are in use and how many licenses are currently unused. Click on an application to display the list of users who have a license for the application. By clicking on "Add user" both unused licenses can be assigned to users and new licenses can be acquired.
1.6 Servrar
Here you will see your server (and also any servers for testing). Click on the server to give groups or individual users access to the server. Feel free to use groups to give users access to your server. Each group can be given rights on the server, which makes it easy to, for example, have a group with administrators and a group for "All users".

2. Administration in 2c8 Apps
2.1 Repositories
Your repositories are listed here. You can use the buttons in the toolbar to manage the repository, such as creating the repository, deleting the repository, or renaming the repository.
2.2 Dashboard
Here users see the models they are responsible for via their management roles. If the user has the "Receive drafts" right, the user can also manage new models submitted by 2c8 Lite users.
2.3 Users and Permissions
The management of the users and groups listed here is done in the 2c8 portal. To give a user access to a repository, select the user and then click the "Give access to repository" button. It is also possible to right-click on a user or drag and drop the user onto a repository to give access. Under each individual repository, it is possible to add permission groups created in the 2c8 portal.

in the 2c8 Modeling Tool. To connect to the 2c8 Server functionality

and log in with your 2c8 Apps account.
3.2 Read more

4. Driftinformation
4.1 Se driftinformation
Our Help Center has a page with service status. Here you will find information for both planned operational disruptions and unexpected operational disruptions. If all users in your organization are having problems with, for example, logging in, it is a good idea to take a look there before contacting support at 2c8.
