Documents can be sorted using document types. You can change, add and create the document types you want for your organization, and then tag document links. This provides a structure to the document links and you can then use it for information management.
Document types are found under "Browser" --> "Document types".
You can then add/remove/change document types that are in the repository.
Add: Click the "plus" and select a title for the type.
Delete: Right-click on a document type in the list and select "Delete".
Change: Right-click on a document type and select "Rename".
When you then go to the properties for a document or document link, the document types are found under "Types".
You can then use this information by, for example, adding the "Types" column to a list of your documents.
You can also filter the list by document types.
