Improvements

• Dropdown to change between active version and planning version, it is now possible to change back from planning to active.
• Name of the publication is now automatically generated (model name + control model).
• More and better descriptions for:
  - Alternative connection
  - All selections under Content
  - External site
• Sorting, markup for removal and prefix settings have been moved to an "Advanced" tab.
• The structure follows breakdowns from text objects on the home page.
• "Publish as Subprocess" is now "Sync to Stratsys on Publish".
• The "Link to Stratsys" feature has been removed.
• There is an action in the explorer to check/uncheck for publishing on many models at the same time.
• You can mark locked models and objects for publication.
• The column mapping table has been replaced by dropdowns where you select columns for one or more process levels, activities and risks.
• The preview has been replaced with a more graphical view that more closely resembles how it will look in Stratsys.
