Check ISRG Root X1 certificate (Windows)

To be able to login to Modeling tool, a certificate named ISRG Root X1 needs to be installed on the users computer.

This is how you check if it is installed:

1. From the Start meny, search for "certificate", and click on the option "Manage computer certificates". As an option, you can find it by typing "certmgr.msc" and click "Enter".
2. In the left pane, expand the option "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" and click "Certificates".
3. In the list of certificates, look for a "ISRG Root X1".

If you can not find the certifixate here, this means that it is missing and needs to be installed. Contact your companys internal IT department if you need assistance.
